# Nocto Oracle

## When to run

On a regular cadence (weekly) to keep NoctoLab's market intelligence fresh: what competitors are doing, what's trending in local web design, and how pricing is moving.

## What you'll get

A concise market watch report: 3-5 signals about competitor agencies (local + nearby), emerging web-design trends relevant to NoctoLab's small-business clients, and any pricing movements. Plus a short "so what" — what NoctoLab should adjust.

## Steps

1. Load any prior oracle reports from the vault to note what's already been logged (avoid repeats).

2. Search for competitor agencies serving the same small-business niche (local web design + development agencies). Note new offerings, specials, rebrands, or service additions.

3. Search for web-design trends relevant to small businesses (mobile-first, speed, booking widgets, WhatsApp integration, local SEO value). Filter for what NoctoLab can actually deliver, not hype.

4. Search for pricing signals: typical ranges for small-business websites locally and regionally. Flag anything that suggests NoctoLab's package tiers need review.

5. Package into `n` signals (default 5), each with: signal, evidence/source, and implication for NoctoLab.

6. Save to `wiki/oracle-report.md` (overwrite or newest-dated edition).
